Duroflex's in-store invoices arrive on WhatsApp before the customer leaves the register
Paper receipts get lost. Email invoices land in an inbox the customer might not check for days, by which point they're buried under everything else that arrived that week. Neither is a good home for a document the customer may need later, for a warranty claim, an exchange or simply proof of purchase.
Duroflex changed where that document lands. Every completed transaction on its in-store Beacon POS system fires a webhook the moment the sale closes, and that webhook triggers a WhatsApp message with the order confirmation and a PDF invoice attached. The cashier doesn't need to remember an extra step, and the customer doesn't need to ask for a digital copy. It all happens automatically, within seconds of the transaction.

The choice of channel does real work too. WhatsApp is something most people check daily, often within minutes of a new message, which makes it a searchable, retrievable record in a way a drawer of paper receipts never is. A customer looking for their invoice six months later for a warranty claim can search their WhatsApp thread with Duroflex instead of digging through paperwork.
There's a second benefit that's easy to miss if you only look at the invoice. The flow keeps a live WhatsApp thread open with every in-store buyer, and that thread becomes the channel for what comes next: care instructions for the new mattress, warranty registration reminders and, later on, cross-sell offers. None of that needs a separate opt-in flow, because the invoice delivery has already started the conversation.

The volume and reliability figures here are the most straightforward of any flow in this set: 11.9K invoices delivered per month via WhatsApp, an 81% open rate, and a 94% delivery rate across 10.6K invoices monthly. The delivery rate matters more than it might seem. A webhook-triggered flow at this volume needs to work almost every time, because a missing invoice for a mattress, a considered and often expensive purchase, quickly turns into a support call.
What stands out about this flow is how plain it is. There's no AI, no personalization logic and no branching decision tree, just a webhook and a template. Yet it's probably the most useful flow in Duroflex's entire setup, precisely because it solves a problem every customer has: where to keep their invoice so they can find it again.
If you run a physical POS alongside a digital customer relationship, this is one of the simplest flows to build and one of the most valuable to have. A good post-purchase message doesn't always need to be clever. Sometimes it just needs to be reliable, and delivered somewhere the customer will actually find it.
