BIK Product Update April'26
Welcome back to BIK – News, your monthly product update.
This month we shipped features that cut the busywork, from AI-written drip campaigns to a Helpdesk that filters its own noise. Plus two big updates from Manifest AI that your store's PDP will thank you for.
Let's dive in 👇
Drip AI - Write follow-up campaigns in seconds, not hours.

Instead of manually writing follow-up templates for every campaign segment, Drip AI does it for you. Feed it to your main campaign and it generates segment-aware WhatsApp drip templates, one for people who read but didn't click and one for those who clicked but didn't buy and one for those who abandoned. It preserves your original tone, variables, and buttons. You can schedule the drip before Meta even approves the template, so there's no waiting around.
Use cases:
- D2C brands running flash sales who need instant follow-ups without a copywriter
- Merchants with high read rates but low click-to-purchase conversion
- Teams running multi-step campaign flows without the bandwidth to write each one
- GSMs setting up drips for clients without waiting on brand teams for templates
Why it matters:
- Removes the biggest reason merchants skip drips, the effort of writing more templates
- Segment-aware follow-ups mean the right message hits the right buyer every time
- Scheduling before approval removes the lag between campaign and drip going live
AI Spam Filtering - Your agents should only see what matters.

The helpdesk now filters spam before it reaches your agents. Irrelevant messages like promotional noise, wrong numbers, greetings, abusive messages all of them are identified by AI and merchant-defined rules and is automatically closed, and moved to a dedicated Spam view. No ticket workflows triggered, no replies sent, no SLA clock running on junk. Spam stays visible and recoverable in case something gets wrongly flagged.
Use cases:
- High-volume brands where support queues get flooded with non-issues
- Merchants whose SLA and FRT metrics are skewed by spam tickets
- Teams on WhatsApp and Instagram where unsolicited messages are frequent
- Enterprise setups needing channel-specific spam rules across different inboxes
Why it matters:
- Agents spend time only on real customer issues and not noise
- FRT and SLA metrics actually reflect your support performance now
- Full control and transparency so that nothing gets deleted, just filtered
Image Input — Shoppers can now show, not just tell.

Manifest now accepts images in chat and inside AI Agent workflows. A shopper uploads a photo of a bag and asks "find me something like this" and the AI analyses it and suggests matching products. Merchants can toggle image input on or off, and inside Agent blocks, images can be processed and passed forward as URLs to the next step in the flow. Opens an entirely new class of shopping conversations.
Use cases:
- Fashion stores where buyers want style-matched recommendations
- Skincare brands identifying products from packaging or ingredient photos
- Furniture and home decor where visual matching drives discovery
- Brands running visual search or style quiz flows inside AI Agents
Why it matters:
- Removes the gap between what a buyer wants and what they can describe in words
- AI Agents can now handle visual context, not just text inputs
- Opens a new category of use cases that weren't possible before
AI Reviews Agent — Turn your reviews into a sales rep

Most shoppers read reviews before buying but won't scroll through 200 of them. The AI Reviews Agent embed surfaces a short summary of what customers say such as effectiveness, value for money, fit and right on the product page. Buyers can also ask any question and get answers grounded in real review content. Works with JudgeMe, Yotpo, metafields, and scraped reviews. If you're already collecting reviews, this just makes them work harder.
Use cases:
- Skincare and health brands where buyers need ingredient or sensitivity answers
- High-SKU stores where individual product reviews get buried
- Brands with strong review volume but low conversion on PDPs
- Merchants who want more impact from reviews without switching platforms
Why it matters:
- Turns existing reviews into a live conversion asset at no extra content work
- Reduces decision fatigue and drop-off at the product page stage
- Builds buyer trust using real customer voices at the right moment
More Launches This Month
Here are the best ones:
Zero-Wait Campaign Scheduling
Schedule campaigns while your segment is still syncing which means no more waiting. The campaign fires automatically once the audience is ready.

Campaign Overview Revamp
Faster loading, cleaner layout, campaign progress % now visible, and tooltips that explain exactly how each metric is calculated.

Conversation History & CRM Threads
Buyers see their older conversations when they return. Merchants get one continuous thread per customer which is all sessions, one scroll.

Skills-Based Training Dashboard
Training is now organised by goal such as Product Guidance, Order Handling, Shipping & Returns, Store & Offers. One place per skill, clear path to improve.
