360dialog Pricing (2026): Plans, Fees and Alternatives

360dialog charges €49, €99 or €500 per WhatsApp number per month plus Meta's fees, with a 7% surcharge on marketing sent outside Meta's Marketing Messages API. Plans, partner tiers, yearly costs and the best 360dialog alternatives.

360dialog Pricing (2026): Plans, Fees and Alternatives

Short answer: 360dialog charges a flat monthly fee per WhatsApp number plus Meta's message fees. As listed in October 2026, the WhatsApp API plans are Regular at €49, Premium at €99 and Scale at €500 per number per month. There is no per-message provider fee on most traffic, but 360dialog's documentation lists a 7% surcharge on marketing sent through the standard endpoint instead of Meta's Marketing Messages API. BIK's BSP (API-only) offering uses the same at-cost model for $10 per number per month, with a $0 platform fee and no surcharge. BIK's marketing platform is a separate subscription from $250 per month, priced on contacts.

360dialog is a Berlin-based WhatsApp Business Solution Provider known for clean API access and a large partner programme for software vendors. Its pricing is easier to read than most BSPs because the main cost is per number, not per message. This guide covers each plan, the partner tiers, the surcharge, how the October 2026 service message change affects the bill, and the alternatives worth comparing.

360dialog pricing plans in 2026

These are the WhatsApp API plans on 360dialog's pricing page, as listed in October 2026. Each is charged per number, per month, plus Meta's WhatsApp messaging fees.

PlanPrice per number per monthWhat it includes
Regular€4924/7 human support with a first response under 4 hours, direct Meta escalation path, Zapier, Make and n8n integrations, build-ready templates
Premium (most popular)€99Everything in Regular, first response under 30 minutes, business verification in 48 hours, Messaging MCP for connecting agents, Inbox, Sendout, Automation and Measurement add-ons
Scale€500Everything in Premium, a 30-day assessment of current messaging, access to measurement experts, dedicated migration support, full funnel tracking with 360Pilot, up to 1,000 messages per second

360dialog's documentation lists the subscription tiers in both currencies: Regular at €49 or $59, Premium at €99 or $119, and a Higher Throughput tier at €249 or $299. Subscriptions are billed in EUR or USD only, while message pricing is available in EUR, USD and INR. The documentation and the pricing page did not match on the top tier when we checked, so confirm the current high-volume option with 360dialog.

360dialog also lists a Marketplace option at €99 per number per month plus Meta fees. It includes number hosting, 80 messages per second, 24/7 support, matching with a messaging tool and a tool package, with no lock-in: you keep the number and can switch tools. We did not find a free trial or minimum commitment on the pricing page.

360dialog Partner Platform pricing

For software companies that resell WhatsApp to their own clients, 360dialog runs a month-to-month Partner Platform. The page states zero message markup, and every tier can upgrade a channel to Premium for €50.

Partner tierMonthly feePer regular channelChannels includedSupport first response
Starter€250€495Under 24 hours
Growth€500€2510Under 4 hours
Premium€1,000€1520Under 1 hour, plus a dedicated partner manager

Higher partner tiers add partner-led business verification and, on Premium, Marketplace eligibility, where 360dialog sends clients to you. This is a strong programme for ISVs. It is not something a single brand needs.

Meta fees and the 7% marketing surcharge

On top of the subscription, you pay Meta's WhatsApp rates. Meta bills per delivered template message by category and recipient country. 360dialog's documentation uses Meta's rates as the base and quotes one surcharge: sending marketing content through the standard messages endpoint, instead of the dedicated Marketing Messages API, "adds a 7% surcharge to Meta's standard rate."

That surcharge can be larger than the subscription. Two examples, using Meta's October 2026 rates:

  • German brand sending 20,000 marketing messages a month at $0.1365: Meta charges $2,730. A 7% surcharge adds about $191 a month, or about $2,293 a year.
  • Indian brand sending 1,00,000 marketing messages a month at ₹0.8631: Meta charges ₹86,310. A 7% surcharge adds about ₹6,042 a month.

The fix is to send marketing through the Marketing Messages API. Ask 360dialog, or whichever tool you connect to it, which route your campaigns use. For a broader look at how surcharges and markups work, see WhatsApp BSP markup explained.

Service messages after 1 October 2026

360dialog's documentation says service messages are billed per message at rates aligned with utility and authentication in the same market, are not eligible for volume-tier discounts, and are free when delivered inside a free entry point window. That matches Meta's change: from 1 October 2026, free-form replies are charged at the utility rate after 1,000 free per business phone number per month, with no rollover. Our service message pricing guide explains what changed and how to plan for it.

What 360dialog costs in practice

Because 360dialog charges per number, the number of WhatsApp numbers you run matters more than message volume. Here is the provider fee alone, excluding Meta charges and tax, compared with BIK's BSP (API-only) offering at $10 per number.

Setup360dialog Regular360dialog Premium360dialog ScaleBIK BSP
1 number, per month€49€99€500$10
1 number, per year€588€1,188€6,000$120
5 numbers, per month€245€495€2,500$50
5 numbers, per year€2,940€5,940€30,000$600

Multiple numbers are common for brands that run separate lines for support and marketing, for each country, or for each store. A retailer with five numbers on Premium pays €5,940 a year in subscriptions before sending a message. On BIK's BSP offering the same five numbers cost $600, with no platform fee.

Meta's charges are identical with both providers, as long as your marketing goes through the Marketing Messages API on 360dialog. If it does not, add the 7% surcharge to the 360dialog column.

Costs to check beyond the subscription

  • Currency. Subscriptions are billed in EUR or USD only. An Indian brand pays in foreign currency even if its message pricing is in INR, so exchange rates and card charges apply.
  • The tool on top. On Regular, you need your own inbox, campaign builder and automation, or a partner tool with its own fee.
  • Service replies. Past 1,000 a month, each one carries Meta's utility rate, with no volume discount.

Who 360dialog is best for

  • Software vendors and agencies. The Partner Platform, zero message markup and Marketplace referrals are built for companies that sell WhatsApp to their own clients.
  • Technical teams that want the raw API. Regular gives you a well-documented API, automation integrations and 24/7 support with a direct Meta escalation path.
  • Brands that already have a tool. If your CRM or helpdesk connects to 360dialog, the Marketplace option lets you keep your number and switch tools later.

It is a weaker fit for a marketing team without developers on the Regular plan. Inbox, sendout and automation tools arrive with Premium, at double the per-number price.

The best 360dialog alternatives

Most teams look for a 360dialog alternative for one of three reasons: the per-number fee adds up across several numbers, they want marketing and support tools without paying for Premium, or they want a provider with faster, more personal support. The table compares the main options on the fees that matter.

BIK

BIK is a Meta Business Solution Provider. Its BSP (API-only) offering has the same at-cost principle as 360dialog and a lower fixed fee: Meta's rate card at cost with no markup on any category, a $0 platform fee and $10 per WhatsApp number per month, in every country. Migration from 360dialog or any other provider is included, and BIK's notes confirm templates, Flows and catalogs keep working after the move. Every client gets a dedicated WhatsApp group with the BIK team, which is rare among BSPs.

For technical teams, BIK's API forwards Meta's webhooks directly to your systems, and BIK can act as the WhatsApp provider behind WebEngage. For marketing teams, the BIK platform, a separate subscription from $250 per month priced on contacts, is the difference: journeys, campaigns, segments, a template library and an AI helpdesk across WhatsApp, Instagram, email, SMS, RCS, web push and live chat.

Gupshup

Gupshup has no subscription on self-serve and charges $0.001 per message on top of Meta's fees, including incoming session messages. It is cheaper than 360dialog at low volume and more expensive at high volume. See our Gupshup pricing guide.

Twilio

Twilio charges $0.005 per message in either direction plus Meta's fees and $0.001 per failed message. It suits teams already on Twilio for SMS or voice. See our Twilio WhatsApp pricing guide.

Respond.io

Respond.io lists plans at $79, $159 and $279 per month with a 7-day free trial. It gives support teams an omnichannel inbox without building one. Ask how WhatsApp fees are billed, as its pricing page does not say.

Why ecommerce brands choose BIK over a raw API

With 360dialog Regular, you get the API and build the rest. With BIK, the BSP's API terms are cheaper, and the separately priced platform is built for stores. Features that matter most for WhatsApp:

  • Template library with ready WhatsApp templates for welcome messages, abandoned checkout and CSAT, filterable by channel.
  • Smart Retry automatically retries failed campaign messages inside a retry window.
  • Fallback AI generates a Meta-compliant fallback template when your primary one is paused or restricted.
  • WhatsApp Warm-up guides you through raising messaging limits while keeping quality high.
  • End-to-End Checkout on WhatsApp lets customers browse and pay inside the chat.

BIK's template library includes ready WhatsApp templates for common ecommerce messages. Figures blurred.

These features are part of the BIK platform, which is not included in the BSP's $10 per number. Platform plans start at $250 per month, priced on unique contacts with AI credits included; 100,000 contacts is $300 per month. On Shopify, BIK is rated 4.9 from 139 reviews and offers a 14-day free trial. See how LEGO India runs a post-purchase cross-sell flow on WhatsApp.

When 360dialog is the better choice

  • You resell WhatsApp to clients. 360dialog's Partner Platform, with per-channel pricing from €15 and Marketplace referrals, is designed for this. BIK is built for brands, not resellers.
  • You need very high throughput. Scale lists up to 1,000 messages per second and measurement experts.
  • You are not an ecommerce business. BIK's journeys and AI agents assume a store, orders and carts.
