Two updates this month that expand what Manifest AI can connect to and what merchants can surface on every order tracking page. If you're not on Shopify, or you're running custom systems, this month is for you.

BigCommerce Integration - The "we're not on Shopify" conversation is officially over.

BigCommerce merchants can now connect their store to Manifest AI in under 2 minutes. Full catalog sync - products, content, and collections is available to the AI assistant immediately, and auto-sync keeps pricing and inventory live without manual re-triggers. The AI answers stock queries, recommends products, and handles order and contact enquiries directly on BigCommerce storefronts. Same Manifest AI experience, same AI quality, different platform.

Use cases:

• BigCommerce brands that have been waitlisted or passed on Manifest AI due to platform limitations
• Merchants migrating away from Shopify who don't want to lose their Manifest AI setup
• Brands running both Shopify and BigCommerce storefronts who want unified AI across both
• Non-Shopify merchants looking for AI-powered product discovery and order handling

Custom REST API Enrichment - Your tracking page can now pull from any system you run.

Order tracking enrichment now supports any REST API, not just Shopify, BigCommerce, and AfterShip. Merchants can pull data from their own loyalty platform, internal ETA system, ERP, or any courier API and surface it directly on the tracking page. Two integration levels, Order Level and Shipment Level. Let merchants choose whether to call once per order or once per shipment, with the tracking number available as a variable for per-parcel data. Fields from the API response map directly or power existing AI prompts, with no changes to how tracking page fields are configured.

• Merchants with internal ETA systems who want real delivery estimates on the tracking page
• Loyalty brands surfacing points balance or reward status alongside order tracking
• Stores using couriers that AfterShip doesn't cover who need per-parcel shipment data
• Merchants with ERP systems who want warehouse status visible to buyers without a native integration
